We are going to use a movie that requires two special effects. Using a greenscreen to filter out unwanted background and the picture within picture effect, where a small picture shows in the corner of the screen. This is the first time you have been required to use a special effect, although several of you have used one by choice in a previous movie.
Using special effects in Adobe Premiere starts easy. You just make sure you have cut the video into the section you want the effect on and then drag the effect onto that section of the video. Then you use the effect control window to make the settings you need for what you are wanting. For example you have to tell the greenscreen effect exactly what color to turn invisible so that the picture or 2nd video behind the 1st starts showing.
Many of you are still trying to finish up the last movie because you put off editing too long. Hopefully you won't make the same mistake with this movie. What do you think about the newscast movie? What problems did you have with the last movie and what could you do different this time?

I think the newscast movie is a good idea. On the last movie i had trouble getting the credits how i wanted them to be.
that is boring because nobody even waches the new they be waching video games and going out with friened in they would like to see other thing's that they would enjoy?????????????????
i think the movie is hard because i dont like being on camra by my self
I would not like to do this newscast because I don't like taking film of myself. But it would be fun to do this. That the script was to long to do and they do film the movie right.
um well i think i could make it a little longer. and i would pay more attention.
I think its going to be really cool to do this with the greenscreen. Been able to act with nothing in back screen except for wen they put it and anyways you still couldn't see it until the video is over. The problem i had with the other movie was that it had to do a lot of editing and not all the movie was there. I could make sure that this movie won't have a lot of editing to do.
I think the newscast movie will be easy to act out. But its hard to write the script because I don't have a good imagination!!I had a lot of trouble with the past video! The reason I had a lot of trouble was because it wasn't good acting and the video wouldn't download right.
dont ever work with parteners because sometimes there never here and they alwayz keep your movie yes im not exicited about the next movie

well hat i think about the newcast movie is that i think that this is going to be really easy but not quite becasue t first alot of girls didnt wanted to do the movie because there were guys filming the movies so thats why it wasnt that easy but it was fun because the teacher told us everything we nedded to do with that movie and we got finished really on time.
i thought it was ok. i would have done better if it was over something else.
some problems that i had were that the first time i was embarrase with the people that were doing the taping part so i got in to trouble but the second time it came out well and it was not hard but i was lazy to do it but if i would of had another chance i think i would of done the same thing.
